Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, which can evolve with aging.
It offers a complex and enveloping bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, floral notes of roses, aromatic herbs and subtle spices. As it ages, hints of tobacco, leather and earth may emerge.
In the mouth, Barbaresco di Gaja is known for its elegance and complex structure. It features a combination of red and black fruit, silky tannins and well-balanced acidity.
