Première Cuvée Extra Brut
The Premiere Cuvee is a very personal interpretation of the whole region, through the selection of 35 of the 320 crus of champagne. It is the flagship of the BRUNO PAILLARD style. A top quality wine, the Première Cuvée has to survive any harvest whether rich or poor. EYE The golden straw colour reveals a high presence of chardonnay and the exclusive use of the first pressing. The fine bubbles are due to a strict selection of the best grapes, perfectly controlled temperature in the cellar and very long ageing. NOSE The primary aromas reveal the citrus fruits of Chardonnay: lime and grapefruit. Then the red fruits aromas of Pinot Noir appear: redcurrant, raspberry, morello cherries. When left to open up in the glass, the wine shows hints of dried fruits, sometimes exotic, from Pinot Meunier. PALATE Lively and vivacious, thanks to a low dosage, the aromas on the nose are echoed in the mouth. Primary flavours of citrus, almonds, and toasted bread, very soon joined by redcurrant jelly but also dark fruits like cherry, fig and blackberry.
MARCHESE DE FRESCOBALDI
Full of the courage that any individual who wishes to embark on a new project possesses, we planted the first Merlot plants in the 1970s in an unusual, clay terrain. A significant challenge, which, in 1991, led to the birth of Lamaione, a solitary knight, powerful and proud in the Montalcino panorama. Lamaione 2014 features an intense ruby red colour, with scents of red and black fruits. Black cherry, cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, combined with spicy vanilla and black pepper notes, make up a decidedly full and complex bouquet. The taste is extremely elegant and balanced. A fresh, character-filled attack, well integrated with soft, smooth tannins, leaves a vibrant, persistent finish.

MARCHESE DE FRESCOBALDI
Tenuta Perano Rialzi Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2015
A wine that expresses all the bold character of a Sangiovese cultivated on drained soils. Its rich yet clear ruby-red colour, with garnet nuances, conveys its body immediately, which is reinforced by its complex bouquet. On the nose, the predominant scents of fruit, such as black currant and blueberry, and of spicy notes of black pepper give way to tertiary toasted notes of coffee bean and tobacco. On the palate, the wine’s richness and depth stand out, perfectly harmonised by the elegance characteristic of a Sangiovese grown at these altitudes. The soft, round tannins are perfectly integrated. The finish is long and persistent, with tertiary notes returning once again.
La Grande Année 2008
Bollinger’s prestige champagne is produced only when the harvest reaches a perfect balance. To the eye: The delicate colour and golden hues are a sign of the wine’s maturity and Bollinger’s wine-making methods. To the nose: A wonderful aromatic depth. The wine’s fruity, spicy and floral notes intertwine to reveal a highly complex nose; wild peach, plum and orange peel precede saffron and tonka bean, complemented by a fresh, mineral aspect. On the palate: Dense and harmonious in the mouth. A creamy effervescence and fresh structure, with a gentle saline finish.
Chianti Classico 2015

NOSE The initial aromas of redcurrant and red fruits evolve to morello cherry, wild strawberry and violet while breathing in the glass. A touch of lemon denotes the discrete presence of Chardonnay. With age, aromas tend towards dark fruits like dark cherry, fig and blackberry. PALATE Reveals red fruit captured at their full freshness. The finish is bright and long.
