Black plums and cherries, spearmint and thyme, leading to wild mushrooms.
The palate is fresh and the tannins are soft. The pseudo-caloric sensation is balanced and creates a flavorful drink where we can detect orange peel accompanied by cherries, spearmint, and a mineral finish. A fruity wine with the agile structure and minerality typical of this altitude.
