Inzolia, known with different synonyms in Sicily (Insolia, Ansolia), is a white berry variety of Greek origin, also cultivated in Tuscany with the name of Ansonica and present in various wine-growing regions of the Mediterranean.
One of the main characteristics of Inzolia is its low acidity, which is accompanied by a relatively low sugar content.
