Bin 8 Shiraz Cabernet 2019 Penfolds

At sight this Barossa Valley reveals a very dark color. It releases a bouquet with notes of graphite and blackcurrant which immediately confirms the presence of Cabernet Sauvignon. It then develops with aromas of tomato, cherry and red fruits and then ends with a light, barely perceptible woody note. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and presents an aromatic range composed of pralines, spices and fruit such as plums and currants. It offers fine, woody and well-integrated tannins.
