The vineyard in Contrada Rinazzo, east side of Etna within the Municipality of Milo, is exposed to the sea, and is particularly suited for the cultivation of Carricante.

At sight, it appears straw yellow in color with bright green reflections. The nose is intense, rich, ample, delicate, fruity with hints of orange blossom and ripe apple. Dry on the palate, mineral, harmonious with a marked acidity and aromatic persistence with an anise and almond aftertaste.
