Francis Egly is one of the most capable vignerons in the entire Champagne region. He produces champagne with an irresistible, purebred charm, only with grapes from his 11.5 hectares of vineyards, the most important of which is in Ambonnay, home of Pinot Noir, the others in Bouzy, Verzenay and Vrigny.
