Raw material: marc of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara for Amarone della Valpolicella.
Distillation: with the innovative Crysopea bain-marie still.
Aroma: dried fruit, spices (vanilla and cocoa), fresh slightly toasted wood.
Taste: soft, sincere, intense but elegant.
