Manna, a very unique wine that Franz dedicated with its first release in 1995 to Maria Luisa, is a cuvée of Riesling, Chardonnay, a part of Gewürztraminer and a small percentage of Sauvignon Bianco.

In its youth, the wine presents yellow-golden notes, while after a few years of maturation intense golden tones appear. Thanks to its particular characteristics, Manna seduces with a complex and layered bouquet that brings back notes of elderberry, pistachios and rose petals. It is striking for its complexity and concentration combined with a soft elegance and a mineral structure.
