This Riesling has found in the Kaefferkopf a terroir that allows it to express all its nobility. On the nose, we immediately notice its fruity floral and white pulp aromas. In the mouth its sharpness is what strikes the most. We also find aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit, ripe lemon. Its finish is long and shows that this Riesling is a guard wine.
