Rocca Coeli Etna Bianco DOC by Azienda Agricola Palari is a Sicilian white wine of great elegance, produced on the northern slopes of Etna, between Passopisciaro and Solicchiata, at about 800 meters above sea level.

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Complex bouquet with notes of white fruit, anise, green almond and vegetal hints on a background of saline notes.
Taste: Fresh and savory on the palate, with a long finish on notes of fresh almond.

The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts and is not filtered.
It ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 14 months in the bottle.
