Rocca Coeli Etna Rosso 2018 Palari

Color: Bright ruby red with garnet reflections that become more pronounced with aging.
Bouquet: Complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of red and black fruits such as cherries, wild strawberries and blueberries, enriched with spicy and balsamic hints.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh and medium-bodied, with fine and well-integrated tannins. The flavors reflect the olfactory bouquet, with a beautiful continuity of red and black fruit, spicy notes and a mineral undertone. The finish is long and persistent, leaving sensations of fresh fruit and a pleasant minerality in the mouth.

The wine ages for approximately 24 months in 15 hl French oak barrels, followed by a further 24-month refinement in the bottle.
Production is limited to approximately 3,000 bottles per year
