Sive Natura

The Sicilian wines of Sive Natura are born from the in-depth knowledge of the territory of the oenologist Giuseppe Paolì, from his passion for this work and from the careful care of the vineyards that he manages with non-invasive tools. The goal is to create wines that are pure expression of the wonderful terroir of origin, which express Sicily in its richness and diversity. For this reason he chooses the name "Sive Natura", using the quotation from the philosopher Spinoza "Deus Sive Natura" ("God and Nature") to indicate the divine soul of nature, which the company considers the main actor and main ingredient of its wines.
