The scent is complex and enveloping, with notes of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries and dried plums, along with hints of spices, tobacco, leather and occasionally chocolate.
In the mouth, Speri's Amarone offers a full structure and ripe tannins. It is a dry, rich and enveloping wine with flavors of ripe fruit, spices, soil and sometimes slightly bitter notes that contribute to its complexity.
It is a full-bodied wine, with a structure that fills the palate in a satisfying way.
