Giuseppe Quintarelli's Recioto della Valpolicella Classico was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is produced with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Croatina grapes, harvested only by hand.
It is characterized by an intense garnet red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of black cherry and cherries. On the palate it is pleasantly sweet, with a full, warm and delicate body. The wine has a good persistent tannic structure.
