A field blend of Grecanico, Carricante, Riesling, and other indigenous white grape varieties, sourced from numerous old vineyards high on the north face of Mt Etna.

Attractive floral and citrus aromas are coupled with a refreshing acidity and salty, saline notes arising from the old volcanic soils.
