It begins with a smell of fully mature fruits. After exposition to air, a fresh hint of dried fruits appears, and finally, you can smell a touch of honey and sweets.
The attack is round and flexible. The mature fruit is mixed with a taste of yellow fruits supported by a light noble bitter taste and a small acid touch.
