Dark ruby with bright appearance, the nose is full and fruity with good black fruit flavours coming out. Very soft and generous on the palate, rich and smokey, touch of oak, good balance and very good Pomerol truffle flavours. This is a rather grand Latour which is appealingly soft now but will take on more gravitas with age.
