Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé

This Crémant was produced according to the "Méthode Champenoise", the same technique used to produce Champagne. It is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir and has undergone a partial fermentation of the film which gives it a richer, fruity and vinous side than the white Crémant.
This Crémant Rosé spent at least 12 months in staves before being disgorged and dosed, in order to give it the finest bubbles possible.
It has been dosed in BRUT to keep it dry and pleasant to drink.
