This Crémant has a pale golden color with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of acacia, exotic fruit, and citrus. The palate reveals hints of white flowers and pastries, even nougat, thanks to the long aging on the lees. This also gives it great complexity and a pleasant roundness.
