Eduardo Torres Acosta
Born in 1982 in Tenerife, Eduardo grew up in contact with the family wine tradition. Driven then by curiosity, he decided to leave to visit another great wine island, Sicily, where he worked for Arianna Occhipinti in 2012 and then joined Passopisciaro as enogolo. Today, Eduardo works his vineyards on the northern slope of the volcano and his approach is as non-interventionist as possible to create wines that are true mirrors of Etna's impervious and wonderful territory.
