Gin Mare is produced using traditional Mediterranean rhythms and techniques, with the sole intention of creating a truly Mediterranean gin. All this is achieved through a delicate maceration process and the independent distillation of each single botanical.

Each bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The acidity levels of the main ingredient, the Arbequina olive, change every year. This means that each distillation is a unique work of culinary art.
