On the rocky terraces of Pantelleria, the Zibibbo vineyards are cultivated. Due to the nature of the soil and the climate of this island, the center of the Mediterranean, the vines grown with a low sapling produce few bunches of grapes, which are harvested at the end of August, left to dry in the sun for 30 days. The grapes are then pressed and the must, rich in sugars and perfumes, is fermented to give life to a wine that offers pleasant sensations. The fruit of so many sensations is due to the particular nature of Pantelleria and the link to our ancient heroic traditions.
