Sauvignon Blanc has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose seduces with a colorful bouquet of aromas, including elderflower, white peach, complex notes of dried fruit and oriental aromas. On the palate it releases a lively and savory acidity with mineral notes, while in the finish it is very persistent and stimulating and is characterized by a pleasant fullness and elegance.
