The name itself reveals its identity: a wine strenuously desired by Salvatore Murana with an absolutely original and unprecedented project, to challenge the very limits of enology. A real creation, as surprising as it is perfect interpreter of the personality of its "author".

It is impressive from the appearance of a very dark amber color, impenetrable, very concentrated, with antique gold reflections. The sense of smell is intoxicating, explosive, with a very rich aromatic baggage ranging from dried fruit to orange peel, licorice, vanilla, pepper, nutmeg. Full, enveloping, very sweet taste, with an almost chewable consistency. In the final, very long, endless, the elegance of the product is exalted with a seductive balsamic sensation.

This passito is the result of the vinification of the best selections of Zibibbo grapes subjected to long drying. Before bottling an assembly of various vintages was carried out, whose average aging exceeds 15 years of age.
