This product is obtained by distilling the pomace of Malvasia delle Lipari in small copper steam boilers with a discontinuous system as per ancient tradition, separating the head and the tail, using only the heart.

Elegant intensity with ethereal, floral support (hedge rose), iris, elderberry, dried lavender flowers; then it borders on fruity: papaya, raisins, dried figs, chestnut honey and caramelized fruit. All on a background of vanilla notes.
Light spicy note reminiscent of sweet cinnamon and an almond note.
