This invariably highly prized excellent Tuscan wine originates from a somewhat warmer zone around the Mediterranean, but is aromatic and wonderfully fresh. Notes of juicy blackcurrant, cedar wood and wild forest strawberries, mixed with delicate nuanced of rosemary and pepper, can be discerned. Beautifully balanced and harmonic, with a silky soft and complex structure. A perfect marriage of international sorts of Cabernet and Merlot with the local Sangiovese wine. A great wine of the Maremma region.
