Most Ex-Barolo Barrique Acquavite d'uva
The Most, grape brandy was born in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery from the pressing of valuable grapes still fresh from harvest. The berries, with their sweet and fragrant pulp, are transformed into must, distilled according to the "Tosolini Method" with traditional Charante steam stills. Seasoned for several months in oak barrels from the former Barolo in the cellars of the distillery under control and seal of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. From the unmistakable inverted glass bottle, this masterpiece bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini master distiller in Udine.
