MOST, grape must brandy comes from the pressing of fine grapes, fresh from harvest. The berries, with their sweet and fragrant pulp, turn into must, distilled according to the "Tosolini method" with Charante steam stills (double distillation). Seasoned in oak barrels from the former Brunello, the Most ex Brunello barrique is born.
With an aromatic bouquet, silky on the palate with intense notes of undergrowth and hints of small fruit jam.
The bottle of the Most, with an inverted calyx shape is the trademark of the Tosolini distillery, unmistakable and precious.
