The history of the Bepi Tosolini Distillery began in 1943 when Bepi Tosolini, born in Friuli in 1918, a fervent connoisseur of his land and its traditions, a great supporter of his region and its products, decided to create a different grappa, transforming it from a simple, humble, distillate into a product intended for a sophisticated, demanding public. Knowledge, respect, hard work and honesty: the all-important legacy of values of Bepi and his wife, Giovanna were destined to be passed on to the entire Tosolini family.
