Grappa Solera di Famiglia

Grappa aged in barrique in the underground cellars of the Poli Distillery.

Raw material: pomace from cuvée of red grapes typical of the area.
Distillation: artisanal, small batches, with copper alembic with discontinuous cycle steam boilers.
Bouquet: toasted wood, vanilla, cocoa and coffee.
Taste: persistent, powerful and harmonious.
